| ARPIN FASTEST AT PALM BEACH INT'L SPEEDWAY TEST SESSION AMONG SERIES REGULARS 02.09.10 JUPITER, FL (02/09/10) - Venturini Motorsports loaded the haulers after a successful ARCA Racing Series presented by RE/MAX and Menards debut at Daytona Int'l Speedway and headed further South to the open test session at Palm Beach Int'l Raceway. The Venturini Motorsports team brought drivers Steve Arpin, Mikey Kile, and Alli Owens to the test in preparation for the Tire Kingdom 150 presented by ModSpace at West Palm Beach Int’l Raceway on February 27th. Venturini Motorsports also brought on board road course veteran Chris Cook to assist the 3 drivers. Cook is not expected to driver in the race at Palm Beach Int’l Raceway, he drove at the open test session merely to assist and give guidance the Venturini Motorsports Development Drivers. It was no surprise that Chris Cook posted the fastest time at the top of the practice charts (78.857/92.355mph). Steve Arpin was fastest overall among the drivers that will race in the Tire Kingdom 150 presented by ModSpace (79.495/91.613mph). “Venturini Motorsports brought a great car to the test session at Palm Beach. Last year I was able to get my feet wet in the road course race at New Jersey and gain some experience,” said Arpin. “We spent the morning test session tuning in on the car and then I was able to spend the afternoon with the help of Chris Cook to fine-tune my road course skills. I feel very confident going into the race at Palm Beach,” said Arpin. “It was awesome being fastest at the road course practice. That just goes to show the great race packages that Venturini Motorsports puts together.” Venturini Motorsports will be fielding 3 cars for The Tire Kingdom 150 presented by ModSpace.
